Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Redhill Recruitment Team, on an initial 3-month fixed term contract. We're the face of AXA's Partners Recruitment and onboarding experience so you will be involved in lots of opportunities to promote the business as an employer of choice and providing a first class recruitment journey for our candidates.

You'll work closely with and supporting our Travel and Home & Motor departments with their volume recruitment campaigns. Undertaking first stage candidate screenings and background checks and organise interviews in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, setting out any reasonable adjustments when necessary. At AXA Partners we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working,empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in away that works best for them, their team and our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Undertake all administration relating to the recruitment of roles from the set-up of positions to processing offers.
  • Ensure documents (paper and/or electronic) are appropriately filed, secured and is readily accessible to GDPR standards.
  • Effectively handle colleagues, stakeholders, suppliers and candidates’ enquiries.
  • Administer a full candidate experience, making sure that is transparent, fair and inclusive.
  • Ensuring all system data is 100% accurate and up to date.
  • Identifying and contributing to areas of improvement.

Qualifications- Internal

  • Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Good standard of HR knowledge is desirable.
  • Previous experience within a recruitment/HR environment is desirable.
  • Awareness and observance of confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to manage own time and prioritise effectively.
  • Exceptionally high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information.
