The Sales Executive - Property Marketing is an important new role responsible for both the qualification and distribution of inbound enquiries, as well as proactive outbound activities to our existing customer base to introduce them new products or across the UK.
Working in alignment with the territory account management teams and the specialist product support team this role will ensure that our customers are aware and have access to our portfolio of products as well as partnerships and reach products.
The role is a varied one and needs the individual to become master of conversing with independent estate agency businesses. It will require someone to be structured in their approach managing both new project sales as well as inbound lead queues.
Other duties include responding to incoming customer calls & queries, minimising cancellations, securing payment for outstanding debtors and maintaining accurate and up to date records.
