What we’re looking for in YourKeys Product Owners:

• Gather business requirements, write up epics and break them down into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, working with the Software and Solution Architects to establish feasibility and approach.
• Work with the engineering team to refine stories and estimate subtasks.
• Groom, sequence and prioritise the backlog in accordance with the product roadmap, technology strategy and resource availability.
• Supporting the sprint goals, releases and co-ordinating sprints, working with cross functional teams.
• Keep key stakeholders up to date, communicating short and longer term delivery plans
• Run workshops with different business and technical stakeholders for discovery, planning, resolving issues and clearing obstacles.

Essential Skills

• Experience as a Product Owner for at least 2-3 years.
• Able to demonstrate a value-centric approach to work, driven by delivering measurable value towards product development stakeholders.
• Agile software development methodology - you understand the importance of continuous, iterative delivery of value, plus the tools and techniques to facilitate this.
• Team spirit and high effective written and verbal communication skills to lead and influence a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

• Product Owner experience within the UK property sector.
• Technical background with knowledge of platform and software development.
• Certified or Professional Scrum Product Owner qualification.
