Description:

We’re looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing Account Manager to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients, and to help us achieve our vision of becoming the number one digital marketing partner for credit unions and social enterprises in the UK.

You’ll join a growing team of specialists, as we enter a new and exciting phase of growth for the business. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to help our clients achieve their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building fruitful relationships with existing clients
  • Attending regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and alignment
  • Investigating client objectives and implementing strategies to achieve these
  • Creating, monitoring, and optimising social media content for clients
  • Executing email marketing campaigns to increase repeat business from existing customers for clients
  • Taking part in marketing strategy projects, involving branding, positioning, messaging and more
  • Analysing performance of campaigns and recommending changes to increase effectiveness
  • Designing and executing marketing strategies to promote Zync Digital to new clients
  • Attending in-person client meetings and conferences/events

Requirements

Essential:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Social media native, with experience in using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience in creating content using Canva/Adobe
  • Strong copywriting skills – for social media, blogs, websites and other online channels
  • Use of MailChimp and similar email marketing software tools
  • Previous analysis of digital marketing campaigns and knowledge of campaign metrics
  • Ability to present and communicate clearly and professionally with clients
  • Excellent time management and organisations skills

Desirable:

  • A relevant University degree or equivalent
  • Experience in PPC campaigns – both paid social and paid search
  • Knowledge of SEO
  • Customer service experience
  • Passion for new and emerging social media and online trends
  • Experience of B2B sales and marketing
