As a Senior Systems Analyst, you'll work on one of the organisation's particular IT and Business system: Intelligent Automation to ensure the long-term efficacy and sustainability of the service along with helping to protect the performance, usability, stability of the commercial system.  

Intelligent Automation is a service integral to the Commercial Underwriting process which is dependent upon big data processing and complex system integrations and system logic.

You will be an agent for Commercial Lines Underwriting, responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the Intelligent Automation e2e to service, striving to maintain and continuously improve the stability, resilience and robustness of the service whilst acting as the business conscience and approver of IT changes that could impact the frontline underwriters in their ability to service the customer at renewal.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Understanding of Data landscapes, Batch processing, API technologies

• Guidewire knowledge is advantageous but not essential

• An understanding of service management and incident processes (as per ITIL) would be ideal but not essential

• The successful candidate will be able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets and production of data analytical tools and artefacts required for the business
