A bit about the job:

As a Bid Consultant you will support the bid manager team with completing invaluable provider research surveys to an excellent standard and creating winning proposals for employers to select Aviva as their provider of choice for their pension scheme. You will also own and manage a share of lower target market new tender enquiries coming into the business appropriately. Research and support the updates of suitable content for tender responses and support where new content is required or obtained. Big focus of this role is to continually strive to improve outputs, processes and efficiencies, support the delivery of improvement projects.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous bid specialist experience is preferred but not necessary

• Previous Corporate pensions experience

• Adherence to process and risk/audit management responsibilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced externally imposed deadline driven environment -providing support for the wider team as required

• Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to be flexible with moving responsibilities
