The Manager, Global Benefits within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) is a full-time permanent position (flexible location) reporting to the Director, Global Benefits. The Global Benefits team is responsible for ensuring a globally consistent colleague experience in the provision, financing, delivery, and governance of benefits programs outside of the US, as well as leveraging the company’s global benefits footprint to gather and interpret data to drive enterprise-wide strategy and decision-making. The team also acts as a retirement center of excellence, providing consulting support on retirement programs to Colleague Total Reward and Wellbeing (CTRW) teams in local markets.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills as well as deep technical knowledge for managing employee benefits, specially working with a captive and retirement plans outside of the United States.
