This is a European role, focused on growing acceptance and business volumes via the rapidly expanding Aggregator channel. Our Aggregator partners operate in a high growth, dynamic environment offering payment facilitation solutions across a number of channels including eCommerce, POS/mPOS and In App.

The core responsibilities will be to drive Amex business volume and acceptance by growing Amex spend and penetration within our existing Aggregator Partner portfolio and signing new Aggregator partnerships.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Portfolio management and growth - Establishing strong relationships with existing Aggregators, working with them to increase our overall share of business volume
• New partner acquisition - Prospecting, signing and launching new Aggregator partnerships to drive coverage and charge volume growth
• Contract negotiation - Negotiate contracts to maximize the commercial opportunities available, leading partner facing negotiations and developing the negotiation strategy to ensure the best possible outcome for AXP
• Compliance & Regulation - Work to ensure ongoing compliance with European Regulatory framework, AXP Policy and Contractual terms
• Working alongside a wide range of internal stakeholders to manage the day to day relationship with Aggregator Partners, including Risk, Pricing, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, Policy, the global Aggregator Partner team etc
• Subject Matter Expertise - become a reference point for Aggregators within Amex, sharing knowledge within the GMNS organization (CLM and Acquisition teams) and collaborating where necessary to deliver business objectives that benefit the Blue Box
