Atlassian is looking for an experienced Account-based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join its ABM team within the Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) organization. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with sales, gathering account and persona insights, and crafting compelling end-to-end campaign journeys while leveraging channels including, but not limited to, paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, events, and more. The ABM Manager will be a key partner to our EMEA Strategic Sales Team and work closely with our Enterprise Advocates (EAs), Enterprise Development Representatives (EDRs), and sales leadership to drive revenue growth within Atlassian's top accounts in EMEA.
To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in France, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom.
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office). Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
