This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, branding the company as an employer of choice, and guiding hiring manager relationships. Your future team

We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our CSS (Customer Support Services) recruitment team. This team currently consists of 1 Team Lead, Recruiters, and Sourcers. Roles that the CSS recruitment team is working on are for example Technical Support Engineers, Escalation Managers, Enablement & Program Managers, just to mention a few.

What you'll do

  • Lead the recruiting cycle end to end
  • Smash hiring targets to build Atlassian from 8,000 to 25,000 employees globally
  • Work directly with team members while influencing how teams are built
  • Collaborate globally with our incredible Talent Acquisition function

Your background

  • 8+ years of experience in hiring internally or at least 4 years of internal hiring experience combined with agency recruitment
  • Tools you are familiar with: Linkedin Recruiter, any ATS (we use Lever), and bonus points if you have used Tableau or any data tools
  • Success with boolean searches, pipeline management, managing and closing offers, and being a business partner
  • You have a passion for relationships. In particular with your candidates and with your hiring team, resulting in stellar candidate experience and great hiring manager feedback
  • You are okay with ambiguity, change and don't shy away from being an initiator for change or/and improvement

Assuming you have eligible working rights and a sufficient time zone overlap with your team, you can choose to work remotely or return to an office as they reopen (unless it’s necessary for your role to be performed in the office).
