Aviva currently have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager, responsible for a panel of our large corporate clients with a significant proportion of the Group Protection portfolio. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that loves to deliver outstanding customer service and experience within the large corporate environment.
A bit about the job:
This role supports the strategic direction of the GP Business. It helps to retain and grow client relationships by adding value and showing the strength and breadth of our proposition. You will analyse and present collective client data to show insight and help influence policy and process with key client stakeholders. You will be showcasing the value added by the proposition and all that’s entailed within it, using your exceptional relationship management, negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers both at Aviva and with our key corporate clients.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Analytical ability and detail oriented – able to present back to a client identifying key insights with solutions
Working under pressure – stretching deadlines
Effective communication skills, written & verbal, delivering difficult messages when necessary
Client centric with a deep understanding of their needs
Experience working in a corporate client-facing role in an insurance/broker environment with Group Risk or Private Medical Insurance experience
What will you get for this role?
Salary of £30,000 - £45,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications
