A bit about the job
Aligned to our Group Function* teams you’ll work alongside colleagues across the People Function as well as business leadership teams to understand their resourcing needs and build recruitment strategies to meet these. Together with our external resourcing partners you will design and implement ways to enable Aviva to find and recruit the best people for each role.
You’ll strive to ensure that we embed our inclusion ambition throughout our recruitment activities, ensuring that we constantly widen Aviva’s appeal to the broadest candidate populations. Working with our recruitment marketing agency, and other partners, you will build branded collateral and campaigns that represent our Employer Value Proposition, promoting Aviva as an Employer of Choice.
As well as leading change activity for our continuous improvement projects, you will be coaching leaders through our License to Hire programme, developing their capability in assessment and selection.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, with knowledge of the external candidate and competitor market
Knowledge of assessment methodologies, inclusion, and recruitment best practice
Confident in use of data and insight to inform recommendations and action plans
Proven partnering capability with an understanding of strategic business issues
Ability to operate in an ambiguous or uncertain environment
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary up to £58,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
