A bit about the job:
The Talent Consultant role is part of the CTC Team in the People Function and plays a key role in ensuring that each business identifies and fulfils talent and capability to achieve current and future ambitions, aligning Talent approaches to meet business priorities. The purpose of the role is to partner with the Head of Talent, working closely with the markets and functions, to understand, scope, prioritize and help develop identified talent in the organization
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Deep talent and succession knowledge and awareness of the activities across the People function and Aviva as a whole.
Forward-thinking mindset and an ability to develop new ideas, be creative and join the dots.
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work effectively on multiple initiatives.
Ability to challenge and positively influence others, at all levels and resilient to resistance from stakeholders.
Ability to flex style and influence variety of different stakeholders, across multiple levels of seniority.
What you’ll get for this role:
Salary circa £85,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
