AXA require 3 full time temporary Customer Relation Administrators to assist in a on-going project where the need your assistance to write to a large number of customers around the refund they will receive on their premiums during the pandemic, due to loss of service.
You will be provided with 1 weeks full training (office based) to learn how to use the complaints system to log accordingly.
Hybrid working is available after the 1 week training period, thereafter you will have the flexibility to work from home 3 days a week. The contract length is for an initial 9 weeks with a view to be extended based on company needs.
