You will be working as part of the Credit Control Team on a on-going project within the finance team. You will need to contact customers who have not cashed the cheque for their claim, the customer may have moved address, changed their name etc so they will need to be given the option for the cheque to be reissued or send a BAC’s payment to them. All the emails and calls are scripted, so you will have the templates and options to assist you with following the correct responses.
Databases and excel spreadsheets will need to be updated when dealing with each individual customer and 2 weeks training will be provided on this. You will then work within a team of 7 experienced assistants who will be able to assist and provide guidance upon you completing your training if any additional support is required.
