Description:

As a Senior UX Writer, you'll be a crucial part of our Product Design team. You'll work alongside our UX and UI designers to create intuitive experiences that take the stress out of finance and make credit simple. We rely on human-centred language to build trust, remove ambiguity and keep things simple, even on the complex side of finance. You'll also collaborate in tribes across the wider Product team and Engineering

What you’ll do

  • Turn big ideas and complex processes into engaging, human language that helps us make credit simple for our customers

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers and other stakeholders, helping to define the problem, prototype solutions and gain buy-in

  • Team up with researchers to plan and execute studies that shape your content and support your word choices

  • Work with our in-house legal team to make sure your content meets regulatory requirements

This is a permanent position based in our London office. Many of our team have flexible working patterns so we’re open to discuss flexible working arrangements with you.
