We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our growing design team – and help us build meaningful experiences for the evolving world of work. 🚀
Come on and join us to make work better! 💙
What is a "Product Designer 1"?
We have a career progression framework that includes Individual Contributor (IC) and People Manager (PM) tracks. IC1 is a junior designer, IC4 is a senior designer, and IC levels 2 and 3 cover that middle area.
In this role you will:
As a junior product designer you’ll be responsible for:
Requirements:
You can have no experience or you can have 1-2 years of Product Design experience. We'd love to hear from you either way - all that matters is who you are and what you can do.
A portfolio which helps us understand your Product Design approach and experience so far whether it's from work, education, or personal projects. Ideally your portfolio will show us the approach you took and what you learned, rather than just final designs.
A desire to learn, and hone your craft. You’ll be surrounded by talented designers, product managers and engineers, etc. We cultivate an environment where everyone shares and learns from each other. It helps us all improve.
Self-awareness and humility – you know that honest feedback is how you grow, and you’re not afraid to ask for help.
Let us know if you have (all of these are desirable, but none are required):
We will still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the above requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them absolutely perfectly!
This is a permanent full-time role. We cannot offer visa sponsorship and you must be able to work in the UK.
