Here at Collab Training Academy CIC our goal is finding yours. Our mission is to help learners pave the road on their journey through life. We fight for a world in which all individuals are given equal life opportunities.

The community plays a great part in our mindset. We want to provide all members of society with the opportunities that suit them best. Through Collab's founder, Maurice, we have access to a great network of world-class hospitality organisations and other reliable partners helping us connect with learners.

Our activities are dedicated to all people with or without barriers. We offer training, events, 1 to 1 collaboration, recruitment and personal development services for everyone. Because we know that the process of training and finding employment does not end after one of our learners fills a position, we are committed to standing by them for a long time, through transitional support and coaching. We are also aware that some people have it rougher than others and this is why we want to provide equality and equity to people at risk, making sure they will be reliable at their workplace and that they can bring professional value to every employer.

Flexible Working Approach

Part-time: An employee who works fewer hours than a full-time worker. There is no specific number of hours that makes someone part-time, but a full-time worker will usually work 35-40 hours a week.
Flexi-Time: This is a working schedule that allows employees to choose when they start and end their workday, usually to accomodate an individuals needs and other commitments outside of work.
Full-time: A full-time employee works between 35 and 40 hours per week, usually on a permanent contract.
Hybrid Working (Office / Home): This means an employee splits their time between the workplace (usually office based) and remote working (usually at home).
Remote or Mobile Working: This is a type of working arrangement that allows an employee to work from a remote location outside of corporate offices.
Work From Home (WFH): This is where an employee has the ability to set up their workspace at home, and manage their work without the need to go to the office.
Office Working: This refers to an employee being physically present in the workplace to fulfil their contractual responsibilities.
