The UK Attraction & Recruitment Marketing Team is an integral part of the Resourcing team, leading campaigns which reach, engage and attract talent to Deloitte.
We showcase life at Deloitte through our award-winning campaigns and advise our stakeholders on the best marketing approach, delivering the most effective solution aligned to the Deloitte talent strategy.
Operating between marketing and recruitment, you will lead campaigns which will support the growth of Deloitte from emerging talent to our most senior leadership.

Your role
Our Campaign Managers are leaders and contributors, responsible for conceptualising inspirational recruitment marketing campaigns that attract candidates to target roles within Deloitte. You will work closely with other recruitment functions and COE teams to articulate marketing’s objectives and work to develop the plans to achieve them. You will be responsible for managing relationships with external agencies and be supported by marketing advisors.

Location: Location is flexible, however there would be a requirement for the role holder to be able to travel to London when required.
Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity and can be worked on a full-time basis.
