JOB PURPOSE
The Associate Design Director role here is an integral part of the team providing craft, guidance, inspiration and support to fellow ADDs and the larger team of designers at a range of different levels. We are looking for an ADD with experience or background in Motion and Video. Each ADD has ownership of a number of clients and act as brand guardians and lead designers on these accounts. As Associate Design Director you’ll have line management responsibilities and be expected to lead and help evolve the team with fellow leads. Our designers often work on projects that require art direction, graphic design, 2D motion, and/or editing. Each designer also has their own specialism, whether it’s illustration or 3D, which means individuals on the team will bring something different to a project.
This is a new exciting role in the business leading the design of some of our largest clients.
We would be open to this position being in London or Manchester.
