You will be joining Regulatory and Cross Product Information Technology, which is part of Technology, Data, and Innovation at Deutsche Bank. You’ll be a DevOps/ServiceOps Project Manager, working cross program, supporting, and enabling the feature teams on our dbCLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) system, working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
You will bring dynamic DevOps and support experience, be tenacious and have excellent communication skills with a very structured way of working. You’ll support feature teams comprised of analysts, developers, and testers in multiple locations, and bring innovation and technical expertise to the team.

Dynamic Agile Environment
Your key responsibilities
You will take on the delivering of environment and application support for a global team in United Kingdom hours
You will interface with multiple support, delivery, and business teams around the world to ensure we have an optimised support model, maintaining our ability to deliver to production daily
You will develop expert level application understanding across multiple apps, to ensure rapid trouble shooting and root cause analysis
You will act as a London delegate for the global team
You will bring innovation and automation to the Ops community and drive efficiencies, time, and cost savings
You will support other teams, such as Release Management, Application Ownership, Test Automation and Performance on an as needs basis
Your skills and experience
Good experience within ServiceOps /Support - incorporating the following, ideally on Agile projects
Mandatory core Ops experience in: GIT (Bit Bucket), Jenkins/Team City, OpenShift Sonar
Platforms Google Cloud Platform Fabric: Kubernetes (Openshift+Kubernetes) Oracle Database
Application Support and Release management
In-depth knowledge in ServiceNow and monitoring and deployment frameworks as well as knowledge of agile toolset (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application performance with demonstrated ability to identify, research and analyse technical problems and recommend solutions
