Treasury manages the Capital, Funding, Liquidity and Funds Transfer Pricing of the Deutsche Bank Group, whilst also housing the market access activities associated with the prudential funding needs of the bank.
You will be part of the Liquidity Management function responsible for the monitoring and management of the Bank’s key global liquidity metrics including both internal models and regulatory models. You will primarily focus upon the activities and liquidity risks associated with the Investment Bank Division, spanning a wide range of asset classes, including Fixed Income securities, Rates, Emerging Markets, Derivatives and Structured and Portfolio lending.

Your key responsibilities:
Primarily focus upon the activities and liquidity risks associated with the Investment Bank Division
Understand the liquidity risks arising from the activities of Investment Bank businesses, modelling these risks for the Internal liquidity models, and advising accordingly
Use in-depth existing knowledge of liquidity risk concepts combined with detailed Management Information (MI) in order to discuss and advise businesses on liquidity risks
Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Use a high level of commercial awareness, technical risk expertise and the ability to build relationships and manage a wide variety of stakeholders
Your skills and experience:
Knowledge and skills developed within Operations, Finance, Risk or Technology roles. Similarly, direct exposure to regulatory liquidity developments, whether from a policy, supervisory, reporting or advisory perspective would be beneficial
Experience within a Treasury department or business unit / support unit of an investment bank’s trading division
Ideally have had interaction and experience with fixed income, derivatives and equity products or businesses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to interface with business units and stakeholders; Ability to communicate complex topics and to influence senior level decision-making
