The Performance and Reward (P&R) Enablement team is a key pillar of the Central P&R organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of P&R products and processes. You will work in close partnership with Human Resources (HR), Central Performance and Reward, and IT to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.
