We are looking for a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst within Investment Banking Technology organisation, focusing on Listed Derivatives Trading business.

You will engage and partner with the business stakeholders whilst working within a broader creative, collaborative, and innovative team, with a strong desire to make an impact.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage technology projects in Listed Derivatives Trading domain, covering exchange mandatory upgrades, regulatory changes, business-driven enhancements, new products introduction, and other areas

  • Gather, clarify, and document business and technology requirements, producing such artifacts as flow diagrams, business requirements documents, JIRA tickets, and others

  • Own books-of-work for Order Management and Execution Management systems, and drive prioritisation process with multiple global stakeholders

  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal control teams to ensure robust Vendor Risk Management processes and internal control assessments for platforms in scope

Your skills and experience

  • Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience in Information Technology domain

  • Knowledge of markets trading on global exchanges for any asset class. Listed derivatives domain knowledge (futures and options) is an advantage

  • Experience of close working with software development and engineering teams, to ensure delivery and to achieve desired outcomes

  • Technical background. Any hands-on engineering experience would be an advantage (infrastructure, software development, quality assurance, configuration management, etc).

  • Analytical thinker, team player and possess strong communication skills
