Description:

As part of the Talent Sourcing team you will be primarily responsible supporting the Onboarding Team (vendor) and managing day to day escalations, ensuring that all new potential permanent employees are managed in accordance with the Deutsche Bank Onboarding process and related policies.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance during onboarding process in line with Deutsche Bank policies
  • Working closely with Resource Solutions (vendor) to ensure a seamless Onboarding experience
  • Support and manage the Vendor Risk Management / Service Delivery Management reviews and to remediate any audit findings
  • Be Subject Matter Expert on Human Resources (HR) Onboarding processes and procedures to ensure any issues/escalations are dealt with promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate and manage communications for Managers, Recruiters and Candidates throughout the onboarding process (including background screening)
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback as appropriate

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in an onboarding/risk/compliance role – ideally with onboarding experience as part of HR/Recruitment processes
  • Supervisory experience of an operational and processing team – ideally in a large matrix environment
  • Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate to management and business accordingly. 
  • Proven experience in interacting and communicating professionally and effectively at a senior level
  • The ability to work and use discretion when reviewing/holding confidential information
  • The ability to work on your own initiative without supervision
  • Excellent organization/prioritization skills; with the ability to work on your own initiative without supervision
