We are looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join the Customer Insights team within our Business Intelligence function. The Customer Insights team carries out research and analysis to provide insight to help support customer-centric decision making across the company. The work you carry out will help enhance the understanding of existing and predicted customer behaviour to inform company strategy, product development, product launches and marketing communications.
