We are looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join the Customer Insights team within our Business Intelligence function. The Customer Insights team carries out research and analysis to provide insight to help support customer-centric decision making across the company. The work you carry out will help enhance the understanding of existing and predicted customer behaviour to inform company strategy, product development, product launches and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support research activities across all our business divisions
• Work closely with the Customer Insights Manager to help scope out Customer Insight projects by working with stakeholders to identify the aims and objectives
• Design and implement the methodology, using mainly quantitative methodologies to gather data and findings (some qualitative may also be required)
• Analyse the data and findings to make actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience of writing quantitative surveys (experience with Qualtrics is desirable but not required)
• Analysis and reporting experience, including handling large data sets
• Experience of working with data analysis software, using techniques such as key driver analysis
• Able to prioritise work and take ownership of delivering successful outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Close attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
