The Role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Online Community Manager to lead on the development and management of our community engagement strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes customer-centricity and has a passion for science and innovation. While being responsible for building, growing, nurturing, and managing online communities, the successful candidate will also report on conversation sentiment, brand perception and key customer feedback to inform Frontiers’ future strategies. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, as well as excellent leadership qualities. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Online Community Manager will build and lead a team of community engagement specialists and support Frontiers in achieving our mission of healthy lives on a healthy planet.
