Are you our next eCom Retoucher? We are looking for someone to join our creative studio to retouch high volume imagery for display on our E-commerce website. 
You will be required to produce realistic images which accurately represent our products. Your daily responsibilities will include; colour matching, colour correcting, cropping, and performing various technical retouching tasks. You will play an integral part in images produced for the Gymshark website

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Retouching a full range of products in line with our 'Retouch Guideline' document.
• Achieving our KPI target of 42-50 images a day.
• Colour matching all products to samples, ensuring consistency.
• Uploading imagery via our digital management software.
• To work methodically and efficiently with a strong eye for detail.
• Working within a fast-paced environment and readily able to adapt to rapid company change.
• Develop your skills to reach the brands high standards.
• Be willing to learn and always maintain a positive attitude

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Experience working within an E-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Capture One and / or Lightroom.
• A methodical approach and a strong eye for detail is paramount.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand the brief.
• An up-to-date portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Ability to follow creative direction with a can-do attitude.
• Must have good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships within our internal departments.
• Maintaining workloads to meet all daily and monthly deadlines

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least three days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
