This role exists to manage a team of Producers, being the central point overseeing all campaigns and digital product content. You will set consistent high standards and enable the team to continuously deliver elevated projects on time, following procedures and within budget.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Setting out clear expectations and responsibilities for every Producer on every project
• Working with Head of Production to ensure the team understands and delivers to the wider business strategy and direction
• Providing feedback and monitoring the individual performance through 121s, performance development plans, objective setting and KPIs
• Overseeing all risk & RAG reports with every risk having clear mitigations
• Coaching the team, encouraging ideas and autonomy while celebrating their successes
• Working closely with Project Managers to resource teams time
• Overseeing the time, cost and scope of all campaigns across the Creative Studio
• Ensuring all Go To Market stakeholders are aligned on briefs, budgets and deliverables
• Working with the Program Manager to ensure every project is set up for success by reviewing client briefs, KPIs, launch dates and budgets. Managing a smooth handover of these to the Producers

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Experience managing a team
• Experienced with internal performance culture, quarterly reviews, and personal development plans
• An extensive experience in the creative industry across a plethora of channels; deep expertise in media production and workflows
• Thorough knowledge of all H&S, legal and financial aspects of production.
• Experience collaborating with creative stakeholders and vendors to seamlessly execute projects
• Data analysis and reporting
• Experience in fast paced environment
• Excellent organisation & time management skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Confidence in leading meetings & being assertive with decision making
• Positive, can-do attitude to work
• Keen, collaborative problem solver
• Ability to learn & adapt to new production software

• Experience with DAM & H&S systems
• Management of international team
• Marketing, Brand knowledge

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least three days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
