The Customer Service Advisor will deliver outstanding levels of service to all customers through the processing of orders and enquiries.
This role sits as part of the Collins Customer service team based in Honley, West Yorkshire.
We are able to consider both full time and term-time-only for this position.
Processing orders from customers.
Answering enquiries from customers and clients.
Managing deliveries and invoices.
Contacting existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Supporting the wider business as needed
Experience of working in a customer service based role
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Good skills in accuracy and delivering a high standard of work
Experience of building relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent service
Ability to prioritise and plan daily workload
Ability to communicate concisely and clearly to colleagues and customers
