The role 

The Digital Products Manager devotes all of their attention to ensuring our digital products are the customers' top picks when finding popular content.

We are growing ITV Studios as part of the More Than TV strategy and this requires a strategic global marketing approach, using the full range of media and channels available, with a mix of stand-out, industry-leading ideas and creativity. This role is business-critical for ITV Studios to become a digital-led business.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand external and internal user pain points and explore solutions to resolve them while also identifying opportunities to make ITV Studios best-in-class and the destination for customers to discover content their audiences will love.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of ITV Studios digital products’ features to ensure that they are as valuable as possible to our users.
  • Manage suppliers and collaborate with ITV Technology to create new valuable features.
  • Assess risks and value of new and existing features of the digital products ITV Studios should invest that will deliver more value back to the company.
  • Identify key customer segments that use ITV Studios’ digital products and have a comprehensive understanding of their needs and desires.
  • Explore and validate solutions that will make key customer segments use our digital products more year-on-year.
  • Collaborate with partner(s), to devise ways to make our key customers keep coming back to our Digital Products.
  • Track and learn from analytics to relentlessly improve ITV Studios’s digital products and make the company the gold standard in the media industry.

Minimum criteria 

  • Strong background in digital products
  • UX experience
  • Confident using Content Management Systems
