We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Communications Manager to join our Group Tech & Digital function to help accelerate the Powered by Kingfisher 2.0 strategy through upweighting engagement across the function. This will include leading the communications workstream as part of the Group Tech multi-year transformation programme, which will see us evolve into a modern product organisation where decisions on tech will be made closer to the customers and become more value driven. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role that could be done full or part time and will be based from our London Paddington HQ, with hybrid working.

We’re adopting a hybrid approach with some office and some home working, on average 40-60% in the office. Your office location? This person will be UK based with our Head Office in Paddington, or we could explore the option of being based in one of our other retail banners head offices in Southampton or Yeovil.
