We are looking for someone to help with our Finance Administration, on a Part-Time Basis and the role this can be 100% Remote!

This role would suit somebody who is organised and has excellent attention to detail and needs flexible working hours. Previous finance experience isn’t essential, but would help.

As part of this role, you will

• Manage our finance inbox dealing with & accurately processing requests in a timely manner.
• Undertake various forms of data entry
• Create payment requests
• Raise Sales invoices
• Offer any additional assistance required to our finance operations
• Escalate any queries or requests

Full training will be provided, but our ideal candidate will

• Work independently and take ownership for tasks.
• Be organised and methodical, with the ability to manage and prioritise their time effectively.
• Have the ability to provide an effective, professional, and timely response to requests
• Have good excel skills
• Have excellent admin, organisation skills and attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have previous experience working in administration role
  

We think the role would provide 5-10 hours p/week.
