Since our first day in 2013 we have grown rapidly to become a trusted leader in lead generation software by disrupting traditional services and being ultra progressive in our attitude and development. We process millions of leads for clients globally and we are not slowing down anytime soon.
We are looking to accelerate our growth in 2022. Looking for a new member of the sales team to support the current sales manager and help the company reach its goals. This will be the spearhead of the business in booking appointments and scheduling sales meetings to win new clients. The SDR will be the front line in finding prospective clients through a variety of channels, starting the conversation, selling the benefits of LeadByte to create interest and finally booking a meeting / demo with the sales manager to close the deal.

As a small team we are very focused on productivity, which means working smart and being self motivated to get the job done. In a market that demands software to be agile a progressive to get the job done, we need our team to be too.
As an SDR you will be working closely with the sales manager to grow the client base globally and create and nurture new opportunities and markets to generate revenue for the business. This means you will need to be sales driven, hungry and ambitious. You will need to put aside the 9-5 mantra to get the most out of the role and reap the financial rewards.
- At least 1 years experience in a B2B Sales role
- Bachelor's degree (Optional)
- Sales qualifications preferred eg: Pareto sales training
