The work undertaken is cross-border, multi-jurisdictional and complex, spanning six core practice areas: Corporate; Dispute Resolution; Employment; Innovation; Private; and Real Estate.

The Business Insight Team
The team provides business insight into prospective and current clients to enhance the firm's knowledge of industries and sectors as well as to identify issues affecting the firm's clients. The team also undertakes in-depth research and analysis to support the internal strategic planning of the firm, which includes advice on the creation of new services, products, revision of existing ones and overall differentiation.
A key part of the Insight team's work is to provide support to the lawyers in relation to client development. We have developed (together with Senior Management) a Client Relationship Programme, which includes bespoke client interviews and surveys, so as to improve overall service, performance and connectivity.
The team also works on brand perception analysing the development of Mishcon's brand and measuring its external impact.
Duties and Responsibilities
To assist with the day-to-day management of the Business Insight team and assist the Practice Development Director (as well as the wider Business Development team) in researching and developing critical business insights in relation to clients, targets, intermediaries, specific industries and competitors identified within firm wide business development activities.
