Role Purpose

The AdIntel International Product Liaison Executive provides the gap between the commercial team & operations. They will support both teams to ensure that clients expectations are met when the sale comes in. They will conduct feasibility checks on potential new sales to make sure they are in the scope of operations capabilities and notify the commercial team of any challenges.

Key Skill Requirements

    • Clear & confident communication skills are essential. This role requires frequent interaction with colleagues locally and internationally.
    • Ability to work in a pressured environment
    • Comfortable working within a team or on their own.
    • Organized, analytical, with outside of the box thinking to solve problems.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

    • Ensure new requests coming into Ops from commercial are in our scope and capacity by driving feasibility and being our voice in the GATE team.
    • Work with the Ops team to ensure first delivery is made to the client in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Effectively escalate major issues to the Operations manager
    • Where applicable assist in User Acceptance Testing to check work carried out by Tech Ops is suitable for the operations team
    • Assist the Client Response Team/Reference Data Coordinator on client queries that relate to the team. 
    • Assist with training helping new starters learn their role
