Within Pfizer CentreOne, we help our biopharmaceutical partners get medicines to patients: We leverage strategic Pfizer manufacturing plants, science, services, and technology resources to manufacture medicines for biopharmaceutical companies. We have successfully manufactured products for many customers for over 40 years.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
As Global Omnichannel Marketing Director,you will join Pfizer CentreOne at an exciting time as we continuously seek to refine and expand our global service capabilities and capacities, industry leading speed and quality to quickly develop assets from product development to commercialization.
Reporting into the Head of Global Marketing and Communications, you will develop, implement, and lead the global Pfizer CentreOne omnichannel vision, strategy, and digital customer experience, while ensuring alignment of content strategies. You will be leading the development and implementation of technical solutions, digital content, and tracking of success for continuous improvement.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Create, shape, and refine the omnichannel strategy to create interest in Pfizer CentreOne service offerings, feed leads and help to close deals. By doing so contribute, shape, and refine the development and execution of the global marketing strategy for Pfizer CentreOne, its branding and world-class customer experience.
Collaborate with external partners and internal Pfizer resources, to develop targeted digital marketing solutions, strategies, and activities to secure high-quality projects and to support ongoing/new business opportunities in conjunction with the Business Development and Account Management Teams.
Lead on, develop, optimize, and track success of Pfizer CentreOne digital campaigns and marketing collaterals, ensuring generation of quality, timely and engaging content. Develop and implement creative assets for initiatives and events throughout the year. Ensure a user-friendly customer experience (access to information when needed / where needed) by integrating different media in a multichannel environment.
Partner with legal and be the Pfizer CentreOne expert in digital legal requirements such as GDPR and ensure compliance.
Drive performance by creating and implementing end-to-end digital campaigns and targeted customer-engagement projects for content, email, video, social media etc.
Develop and implement a technical platform (IT solution) enabling much more agile customer interactions. Collaborate with the agency of record and third-party suppliers for content creation and technical solutions. Be the go-to place for testing / experimenting with new ideas and designs.
Develop AI solutions for market and customer insight generation and targeted campaigns.
Provide leadership in establishing metrics and tracking KPIs for digital campaigns, initiatives and results analysis for optimization and continuous improvement.
Develop deep market knowledge and customer insights. Use digital data, analytics, and insights to contribute to shape the overall Pfizer CentreOne strategy and support marketing budget planning and monitoring.
Partner with subject matter experts to create an end-to-end lead management and a closed-loop 360 degree view of lead lifecycles within our CRM tool Salesforce.
Liaise and align with other Pfizer CentreOne functions and internal / external business partners to develop digital strategies to meet or exceed short and long-term Pfizer CentreOne business objectives, identify areas to excel them and have substantial impact on the organization.
Acts as sounding board for the Leadership team and ambassador within Pfizer.
Taking advantage of the knowledge and expertise within Pfizer you will identify and involve talents to co-create and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
Lead cross-functional team that implement the strategic direction and activities / campaigns in diverse culture / global settings.

Have a deep understanding of the Pfizer CentreOne service offerings and processes (e.g. project oversight and governance, proposal generation, contract generation)
10+ years of experience in digital / omnichannel marketing with a BA/BS in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related science discipline.
Global / international experience in both digital strategy / content creation and development / implementation of enterprise-wide technical solutions
Preferred experience: Business development, external supply, contract manufacturing
Ability to navigate a global organization and create alignment and networking of cross-functional colleagues in a diverse culture setting across all levels
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Change Leadership experience
Ability to act as influencer, clearly articulate expectations, capabilities, and action plans in a complex and fluid environment
Strong strategic thinking using knowledge to contribute to effective business strategies and tactics

MBA, Masters or advanced degree preferred.
