We are recruiting a Public Sector Strategic Client Director who will lead the long term Account strategy for DWP (Department for Work and Pensions). The successful candidate will display the following core qualities; deep cross Government industry expertise, strong LOB ( Line of Business) presence and Executive partnerships, successful record leading cloud based transformation in the sector, and, a strategic mindset motivated by a desire to drive meaningful and lasting outcomes to the industry.
You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor taking fresh thinking, a curious mindset and can do attitude to support the departments tackle some of the biggest challenges and opportunities they are faced with, eg- driving Economic Growth, Future borders initiative, The Future of Tax etc.
You will lead a dotted line team of sellers and technical specialist owning the overall account strategy for DWP. You will be responsible for taking the best of Salesforce’s solutions and services to these important accounts.
The objective is to take our business, and commercial relationships with this account from a tactical to a strategic level and in doing so build out a large team dedicated to the ongoing success within the account.
You will contribute to our business growth in a collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.
Proven track record of selling applications at C-level into UK Government, preferably DWP. Equally, we are interested to hear from individuals who have led large digital transformation programmes.
You will have 10+ years of quota carrying software or consultative sales, strong business development, and market making skills, executive selling, and experience of creating diverse and transformational virtual teams.
