Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Solutions Engineering, you will be responsible for running a combined SE team encompassing the Core, Specialist SE and Enterprise Architects teams within the Public Sector SE business.
You will be a key member of the Public Sector EMEA leadership team and instrumental in managing and closing large strategic deals, where Salesforce is striving to deliver a large business transformation to its customers' and their long-term sustainable success and demonstrate a commitment to Salesforce's core values:
Key outcomes for the new leader
Pivotal to this will be your ability to assist CXOs in transforming their organisations and providing strategic counsel to CXOs and Executives within the digital landscape. This will include the ability to advise on strategies for customer-experience transformation; market-entry, marketing growth, industry trends and digital innovation in a compelling and engaging fashion.
You will also be responsible for leading and growing a Solutions Engineering team who will be able to scale in order to drive business at the enterprise level for the UKI and Central region. It will also be critical that you are able to bring together the various teams and individuals across the EMEA region and globally to deliver on customer success.
You will work closely with the wider leadership team and especially the Sales teams to drive our growth plans into the region and take a strategic view to get us to our 2024 vision.
The successful candidate will have a breadth and depth of experience in strategy and business consulting, having driven digital transformation projects, across varied industries and be expert in delivering extremely complex and agile digital transformation.
You are able to develop C-level connections and deep insight into the business dynamics of large complex enterprises and can help shape customers change agenda, as well as foresee organisation impacts brought by technology.
You will have exceptional leadership, communication, strategic, analytical, pre-sales, and consulting skills, as well as a track record of building and leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams. Additionally, you have a track record of success in the following areas:
