As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead across Chief Operating Office, Technology and Operations.
You will play a vital part in supporting the leadership teams with their people agenda through transformation, change management, talent management and retention ensuring effective alignment of people resources.
With a core focus on senior stakeholder management and collaborative working relationships with the business, you will be given the platform and opportunity to be a true partner to senior stakeholders, to identify current and future people related opportunities, challenges and risks that support the strategic business plan of the function.

Managing the most senior stakeholder relationships within the Technology business area.
Working in partnership with the leadership teams to deliver people change, transformation, people plans and HR improvement initiatives.
Reporting on People trends and insights (both internal and external) to help shape and influence decision making.
Providing counsel, guidance, and challenge at ExCo and Director level to proactively address people related matters.
Ensuring HR is solidly represented, and central HR tools help enable the business to perform effectively, and that People risks are raised and discussed appropriately and in good time.
Analysing the internal and external landscape using experience and HR knowledge base to help leadership teams devise effective people plans and solutions.
What you’ll bring.
Previous experience of working within a HR Business Partner role, within a large organization.
A natural leader with the ability to influence and engage with a senior audience.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to change and transformation.
Previous experience of working within Technology would be desirable but not essential.
People management experience would be desirable.
Previous experience of implementing a shared service within HR would beneficial but not essential.
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent position.
You will be based on a hybrid working pattern between home and our Head Office based in Milton Keynes, however we offer a flexibility to days worked in the office.
