Description:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will lead across Chief Operating Office, Technology and Operations.

You will play a vital part in supporting the leadership teams with their people agenda through transformation, change management, talent management and retention ensuring effective alignment of people resources. 

With a core focus on senior stakeholder management and collaborative working relationships with the business, you will be given the platform and opportunity to be a true partner to senior stakeholders, to identify current and future people related opportunities, challenges and risks that support the strategic business plan of the function.

The difference you’ll make.

  • Managing the most senior stakeholder relationships within the Technology business area.

  • Working in partnership with the leadership teams to deliver people change, transformation, people plans and HR improvement initiatives. 

  • Reporting on People trends and insights (both internal and external) to help shape and influence decision making.

  • Providing counsel, guidance, and challenge at ExCo and Director level to proactively address people related matters.

  • Ensuring HR is solidly represented, and central HR tools help enable the business to perform effectively, and that People risks are raised and discussed appropriately and in good time.

  • Analysing the internal and external landscape using experience and HR knowledge base to help leadership teams devise effective people plans and solutions.

What you’ll bring.

  • Previous experience of working within a HR Business Partner role, within a large organization.

  • A natural leader with the ability to influence and engage with a senior audience.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to change and transformation.

  • Previous experience of working within Technology would be desirable but not essential.

  • People management experience would be desirable.

  • Previous experience of implementing a shared service within HR would beneficial but not essential.

What else you need to know.

This is a permanent position.

You will be based on a hybrid working pattern between home and our Head Office based in Milton Keynes, however we offer a flexibility to days worked in the office.
