Requirements

Partnerships at Vestd

We place customers at the heart of what we deliver at Vestd, so growing our reach to include partnering is a natural next step for us. Partnerships sit comfortably between our marketing and sales team, bringing together all our wonderfully creative and inspirational content with next level opportunity.

The role

As a rapidly growing fintech company, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to work with our expanding partner programme, currently being delivered by the Partner Manager. This is an exciting time in Vestd’s journey, where you will be joining to see us through another exciting and company-defining period of development.

You will have a first hand in contributing strategic and tactical direction to our new initiatives within this field by growing and nurturing relationships. You’ll be on top of your game using LinkedIn and using social media to our greatest advantage, understanding the founder network and getting in there, seeing new and exciting opportunities for partner acquisition.

You will also use your extensive skills and experience to ensure that we build a reputation which strongly supports our partner clients and delivers an exceptional customer experience to support our ambitious plans, actively setting us apart from our competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Build a partnership pipeline via outbound outreach to enhance customer acquisition. 
  • Account management of new and existing partners. 
  • Assisting marketing/PR with partner content in terms of blogs, social media posts and partner webinars. 
  • Representing Vestd at key events.
  • Generate partner interest via content (Linkedin), events and social media. 
  • Targeting partnerships with a founder network. 
  • Deliver first class service with regular monthly calls. 
  • Deliver short and long term results for our partners 
  • Work closely with Partner Manager and Head of BD on an operational/strategic level to find new and identify new partner markers and opportunities. 
  • Ability to demo the Vestd platform to new and existing partners outlining all features specifically to each partner. 
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of Vestd services and products (EMI, Growth Share, Unapproved Options, Agile Partnerships).

  • Account Management handling a portfolio. 
  • Outbound generation via linked booking appointment.
  • Worked in partnerships.
  • Work with start up/SME network
  • Working collectively with multiple departments (sales, marketing and customer success). 
  • Confident communicator; presenting in person, online calls, social media and email. 
  • Able to analyse complex issues and provide practical and creative solutions. 
  • Positive, self-starter attitude.

Bonus points

  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Experience of working in a remote team.
  • An understanding of how equity works.
  • A passion for startup life.
