To accelerate our momentum, we are looking for a highly ambitious Demand Generation Manager to orchestrate demand generation and digital marketing for our EMEA business, reporting directly to the Director, EMEA Marketing. It is the first time we are hiring for this role and we’re looking for a self-starter who takes pride in orchestrating lead gneration/nurture programs and collaborating with regional and global teams.

You are data-driven and results oriented and will accelerate building pipeline and revenue growth for the EMEA business.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • Create a funnel that engages and nurtures leads into sales.
  • Manage the creation and development of landing pages and email templates with revenue operations and web teams
  • Plan, execute and integrate email campaigns, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more.
  • engagement and nurturing,
  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated paid campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Native, Display, paid webinars, content syndication, Demandbase and others.
  • Manage external agencies and contracts associated with paid programs and content creation
  • Ownership of monthly health plan for EMEA marketing metrics and goals, reporting on number of budgets vs. actuals, conversions, conversion points, and more
  • Recommend and commission content to support the various funnel stages.
  • Stay ahead of industry standards and trends, pilot new media programs and innovative opportunities to reach targets and always be testing/optimizing with a close eye on CPI/CPL
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with cross-functional teams to make sure essential tasks are completed on time and executed at a high standard
  • Manage reporting on campaign performance to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Audience management and segmentation
  • May be asked to perform other duties as required

What You'll Bring To The Table...

  • 5+ years in demand gen and/or digital marketing for a SaaS or B2B organisation
  • Previous experience with ABM strategies and platforms like Demandbase
  • Experience in planning and managing budget, executing, and increasing investment in paid search, paid social, retargeting and paid media
  • Experience establishing media metrics/KPIs, performing data analysis to improve results/lower CPI, and building performance models if some data is not available
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, Marketo and Excel
  • Data and results driven mindset
  • Directmail and B2B events marketing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and willingness to be roll up your sleeves when needed
