To accelerate our momentum, we are looking for a highly ambitious Field Marketing Manager to provide close support to the EMEA sales org. We’re looking for a self-starter who takes pride in thier work, shares best practice and enjoys collaborating with the sales org and wider marketing team. 

You are data-driven, results oriented and laser focussed on supporting pipeline build and acceleration through a creative marketing mix.

What You'll be Doing... 

  • Plan and execute a multi channel regional marketing plan leveraging online and offline tactics.
  • Collaborate, build relationships and enable regional sales team. 
  • Hire and manage a local team of field executives, vendors and agencies.
  • Integrate the local marketing strategy with partners. 
  • Source and deploy customer success stories.
  • Forecast and manage regional budgets.
  • Analyse, report and present on campaing performance and ROMI

What you'll bring to the table... 

  • 5+ years B2B field marketing experience with at least 2 years in SaaS marketing. (Enterprise HR software marketing is a plus).
  • End ot end event marketing and management experience, inperson and virtual, from rountables and dinners through to tradeshows. 
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce reporting, account based marketing (Demandbase and 6sense) and direct mail (Reachdesk).
  • Hands-on experience in running multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously, prioritising against business needs.
  • Creativity, collaboration and relationship building experience across sales, marketing, customers and partners.
  • Willingness to travel (when it is safe to do so).
