About the role 💡

This Partners Marketing Manager role sits between Marketing and our Business Development teams and will report to our Head of Growth Marketing. You’ll be responsible for the commercial and marketing relationships between Voicemod and its partners. Your mission will be to manage marketing campaigns, keep both parties updated on their developments and technologies, report on partnership results, and seek potential new partners based on the use cases derived from Voicemod's technology.

What you'll do 💼

    • Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing plans and campaigns in support of premium products between Voicemod and its partners 
    • Conceptualize and recommend mutually beneficial partner marketing plans to both internal and external partners
    • Assist in forecasting potential revenue, marketing exposure, and overall ROI from marketing campaigns
    • Partner with creative, social, and marketing teams on the development and management of the promotional assets that live within Voicemod and partner channels
    • Oversee marketing campaign performance and results to ensure key benchmarks are met which are shared internally and externally with partners
    • Maintain relationships with ROI-positive partners to deepen our relationships to deliver repeat campaigns
    • Propose and execute acquisition and engagement actions based on product propositions and use cases
    • Support the Business development team in finding new growth options and partners based on Voicemod's technology

What you'll need ✅

    • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience working with partners
    • Solid communication and organizational skills in order to manage the relationships with our partners, always keeping a partner-centric mindset
    • Previous experience with marketing reporting, even if not fully handling analytics and metrics yourself
    • Experience in building and creating partners’ use cases, while using your storytelling abilities
    • Attention to detail, being able to spot small errors on a term sheet or a marketing asset
    • Understanding of Voicemod space and its impact in the gaming and creator industries
    • Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
    • Experience in industry events and networking

Hiring process ⚙️

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:

1️⃣ TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (30min).

2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).

3️⃣ Technical Interview - We’ll go deeper on your technical skills (60min).

4️⃣ Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
