About the role 💡

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us acquire new users for Voicemod products through scalable paid campaigns, as well as giving visibility to the company's content. You will be reporting to our Head of Growth Marketing and you're expected to have end to end responsibility about our growth marketing campaigns, by knowing what targets we should invest in, how to create briefs and better execute our campaigns.

What you'll do 💼

    • Set up and launch performance campaigns for user acquisition (SEM, Display, Social Ads,...). 
    • Optimize campaigns to have a positive impact on the company's business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to give visibility to company product launches.
    • Measure results and iterate based on it to launch seasonal and/or year-round campaigns, always focusing on scaling the product and use cases.
    • Manage our growth marketing budget.

What you'll need ✅

    • Experience managing performance marketing campaigns (FB Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads,...).
    • Experience with analytics tools and attribution partners (Google Analytics, Singular, FB Business manager...). 
    • Experience in briefing and a creative approach to acquisition campaigns.
    • Data and results oriented approach.
    • A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
    • An agile mindset and the courage to iterate fast, to get the best possible results for the company.
    • A true passion for Voicemod's mission, our products, and the company's technology and content nature.
    • English professional proficiency level.

    • You’re an eGames (or other streaming channels) lover.
    • You’ve worked with Agile methodologies before.
    • You have gaming or eCommerce experience.
    • You’re a tech visionary who’s always reading about and sharing new cool stuff.

Hiring process ⚙️

Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:

1️⃣ TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (30min).

2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).

3️⃣ Technical Interview - We’ll go deeper on your technical skills (60min).

4️⃣ Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
